Shipping policy

SHIPPING
Orders ship from New York City within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Tracking is provided once dispatched. During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

DOMESTIC (U.S.A)
Shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders. Risk of loss transfers to the client once the package is accepted by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL: (COMING SOON)
AZUL ships worldwide. Delivery times vary and may be affected by customs. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the client. Refused shipments or unpaid customs charges may result in return fees deducted from any eligible refund.

PRE-ORDERS + SPECIAL ITEMS:
Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order ship within the estimated window listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items ship together unless otherwise arranged.

ADDRESS ACCURACY:
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. AZUL New York is not liable for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses.

CARRIER DELAYS/LOST PACKAGES:
Once shipped, delivery timing is outside of our control. Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
